Jeffrey Guthrie - Founder & CEO
Jeffrey Guthrie - Founder & CEO
Jeff Guthrie is a native Phoenician, husband, and father of 3. After spending 4 years at WP Carey’s School of Business he left a career in finance to pursue full-time entrepreneurship. Jeff worked with another roofing company and helped take their revenue from $12M to $48M within 4 years. Although the experience was fulfilling, he never felt quite at his best working on someone else’s vision. After much consideration he decided to start his own company, Phoenix Roofing & Repair. His vision is to create leak-proof roofs with the fastest turnaround and best customer experience in the industry. So far he’s off to a good start!
Josiah Guthrie - Founder & COO
Josiah Guthrie - Founder & COO
Josiah Guthrie is from Phoenix and a father to three boys. After graduating from ASU with a degree in history, he taught history and literature for five years before starting in the construction industry. He and his brother Jeff worked with ProWest Roofing for five years before deciding to branch off on their own. As lead times on new projects can run very long, one of the goals of Phoenix Roofing has always been to execute projects in a timely manner.
Riley Michel - Vice President of Sales
Riley Michel - Vice President of Sales
Riley Michel is an Arizona native and the passionate Vice President of Sales for Phoenix Roofing & Repair. He’s a seasoned expert with 13 years in the roofing industry, specializing in insurance restoration. As a HAAG-certified commercial and residential roof inspector - along with being OSHA certified - he brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to every project. Riley's passion is fueled by his dedication to helping people and guiding them through the often confusing aspects of roofing systems. His remarkable work ethic and genuine desire to be helpful have been instrumental in his role of recruiting and training expert roof consultants. Riley cares about his customers' homes as if they were his own, and provides an attention to detail which assists in building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your house is in good hands with Riley and his Team!
Jamie Guthrie - Account Executive
Jamie Guthrie - Account Executive
Jamie Guthrie have been a stay-at-home mom and wife for the past 10 years. Prior to this she worked in various clerical and administrative positions while pursuing a college degree in nursing. She decided not to go into her field of study and instead devote her time to helping her husband and brother-in-law pursue our dream of creating the best roofing company in Phoenix! It turns out her job as a professional multi-tasker for the last decade has translated greatly into being an asset for Phoenix Roofing & Repair. She couldn’t be happier to be back in the workforce applying this skillset to set our company apart from the rest!
Erin Guthrie - Controller
Erin Guthrie - Controller
Erin was raised in Bozeman, Montana and grew up skiing, camping, and traveling. She moved to Phoenix 12 years ago and is proud to call Arizona home. She loves being a wife and step-mother to 3 amazing sons. Erin most enjoys traveling the world with her family and watching her step-sons play competitive baseball. “It has been so rewarding to be a part of a family business. We are all so invested in each other's success and providing the best service we can to our clients. I wouldn't have it any other way!"
Kathryn Armenta - Billing Coordinator
Kathryn Armenta - Billing Coordinator
Kathryn Armenta is an Arizona native and ASU graduate. She is a licensed public adjuster, and has been adjusting insurance claims since 2019. She is expeditious in her response with insurance companies, and enjoys advocating on behalf of our clients. Kathryn has certifications from The Asbestos Institute and The IICRC in Water Restoration. She recently had her first child who is the light of her life. She enjoys any and all live music, traveling with her family, and doing yoga.
Lou Di Nolfi - Operations Assistant
Lou Di Nolfi - Operations Assistant
Lou Di Nolfi was born and raised in Queens, NY. He moved to Phoenix in 2003 with his family.
After working for a few years in the hospitality industry, he started a commercial cleaning company which served the Valley for over ten years. Now that he’s with Phoenix Roofing & Repair, he utilizes the opportunity to employ his strong customer service skills and serve the Phoenix community with their roofing needs.
Robin Ferguson - Lead Estimator
Robin Ferguson - Lead Estimator
Robin Ferguson is an Arizona native and an ASU graduate. She has degrees in journalism and mass communication. The skills she’s learned have allowed her to flourish in the roofing industry. She started out in roofing sales in 2020, and moved into project management shortly after. She loves being able to communicate with our clients effectively while also educating them about the roofing process. Her knowledge of product information, as well as her technical experience, makes her a great asset and team member at Phoenix Roofing & Repair. When she isn’t on a roof, she enjoys tending to her plants/garden, traveling, and cooking at home.
Jake Heim - Field Superintendent
Jake Heim - Field Superintendent
Jake Heim is originally from Iowa. Being from a military family he has lived in many places, but has landed permanently in Arizona. His work experience started in manufacturing and project management. Jake started his career in roofing in 2019, and has since had the chance to work in multiple markets, including the Midwest and Florida. Jake brings knowledge of many different roofing systems - as well as a hard work ethic - into his fieldwork at Phoenix Roofing & Repair, ensuring the best possible experience in the building process.
Josh Farra - Roof Consultant
Josh Farra - Roof Consultant
Josh Farra is a proud father to two little girls and loves being a girl dad. After moving to Phoenix in 2010 he worked in the service industry briefly. He then transitioned into contracting sales; first in artificial turf and then eventually settling into the roofing industry as a project manager. Josh eventually made his way to Phoenix Roofing & Repair, thanks to his decade long friendship with Jeff and Josiah. The self proclaimed "third Guthrie brother,” Josh takes pride in his ability to efficiently communicate with clients from the beginning to the end of the project, ensuring a positive Phoenix Roofing & Repair experience.

Chris Breitengross is originally from Chicago, but decided to make Arizona his home after falling in love with the weather and mountains while studying management at Northern Arizona University. He has enjoyed working in sales most of his career, and loves being able to work face-to-face with our homeowners - he takes pride in being able to shake their hand at the end of a job well done. He loves the fact Phoenix Roofing & Repair can get jobs installed quickly, so homeowners don't go long with leaky roofs. When he’s not on a roof, you might catch him in front row listening to live music or camping in the mountains.

Tess McQuistion was born and raised in Arizona. She recently started working at Phoenix Roofing as an Executive Assistant. Tess has always found joy in helping others. Whether it's lending a listening ear or volunteering her time, making a positive impact in someone's life brings her fulfillment. She also has a passion for social media and has brought that into Phoenix Roofing, where she loves connecting with others, sharing experiences, and engaging with a wider community. When she's outside of Phoenix Roofing she nannies two amazing kids Jack and Olivia Guthrie. She also enjoys shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Abraham Guthrie is a young professional who brings a blend of panache and passion to Phoenix Roofing & Repair. After graduating from high school with academic scholarships to Arizona State University, Abraham chose to pursue a path that would allow him to explore and develop the skills of a trade before launching into secondary education. Travel and playing music have added a rich flare to the quality of his service and expertise. Abraham is excited to contribute his skills and service to our team and help elevate the company’s success!

Don Domke is an Arizona native and graduate from Arizona State, with a degree in Business, Communications, and Spanish. He started his career in the Food and Beverage industry while still in high school, and has over 20+yrs in hospitality. He recently transitioned into the construction industry and started in sales/consulting with Phoenix Roofing & Repair. He seeks to use his professionalism and service experience to help people in his community with their roofing and repair needs.
