A standing seam metal roof costs more upfront than a single-ply or foam system. Most boards know that going in. What changes the math is the back half of the roof's life, where metal keeps performing while cheaper systems start needing attention. How Phoenix Roofing & Repair Installs a Commercial Metal Roof

Site Walk & Scope

Our HAAG Certified inspectors walk the roof, take measurements, and confirm whether standing seam is the right call for your building. Some roofs are better served by a coating or a single-ply system, and we will say so if that is what we find. You leave this step with a clear scope you can take to your board.

Step 02

Fabrication & Scheduling

Panels and custom flashing get fabricated to your roof in house. Before any work starts, we agree on staging areas, parking, and an install schedule that works around your tenants. You know what is happening and when, so nobody on your property is caught off guard.

Step 03

Install by Our Own Crew

Your dedicated superintendent runs the job from the first panel to the final walkthrough. You get daily updates without asking for them, often more than one. The jobsite gets swept with magnets and cleared of debris at the end of every day, and we run on our own generators, so we need no power or water access from your building.

Yes. Most commercial projects stay fully occupied while we work. We agree on staging areas, parking, and noise windows with your team before the first panel goes up. Off-hours and weekend scheduling is available when the work needs to stay clear of business hours.

We handle commercial metal fabrication and custom sheet metal in house. The flashing, the panels, and the trim that finish your roof come from the same team installing them. Keeping fabrication under our own roof is part of why we do not hand any of the work to subcontractors.
